Onboarding with data migration, setup and training is a one-off item and appears in the quote before you start (see the next section). The discount does not apply to one-off items. Currently no VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (German small-business VAT exemption).

Anyone moving from another ERP or from years of spreadsheets brings data along: customers, items, open invoices, running projects. That data has to arrive correctly, or nothing adds up from day one. That is why every rollout starts with a tailored onboarding for a one-off fee.

    Duplicate customers, missing history or wrong open invoices cost more later than any rollout. A clean migration is the difference between a system the team trusts and one that needs spreadsheets on the side again.

  • Why we do it in-house

    We built the data model and know where every field belongs. There is no agency in between, no handover and no excuse. Your data stays with us and never goes to third parties.

  • What the onboarding covers

    Review of the legacy data, clean-up and mapping, a trial import reconciled against the legacy system, the final migration, setup of phases, templates and permissions, and training for the team.

What businesses ask us about pricing.

Is there a base fee or a setup cost?
No base fee — you pay per user per month. At the start there is a one-off, tailored onboarding with data migration, setup and training: typically €3,000 to €10,000, and more for large data volumes. Scope and price appear in the quote before you start.
Why does Pangea handle the data migration itself?
Because everything depends on the data: customers, items, open invoices and running projects have to arrive correctly. We know the data model and run the migration in-house, with a trial import and a reconciliation against the legacy system. There is no agency in between, and your data never goes to third parties.
What's the difference between the Office and the Field licence?
Office users work with all areas at a desk. Field users clock in, take photos, write service reports and collect signatures on their phone.
Are the AI assistant and the ontology included in the price?
Yes, in every Office licence. There is no AI surcharge and no quota.
Which modules cost extra?

How long is the term, and how do I pay?
Monthly in advance; cancel monthly after the initial term. Prepay and you get 10% (12 months) or 20% (24 months) off licences and modules, with the price fixed for the term. You can export your data at any time as CSV, DATEV and PDF.
Is VAT added?
Currently no VAT is charged under § 19 (1) UStG, the German small-business VAT exemption. The prices shown are the amounts invoiced.
