Who is Pangea for?
For SMEs that want to run sales, projects, documents, finance, warehouse and HR in one system. Pangea can be tailored to any industry; 20 industries come preconfigured, from wholesale and manufacturing to consulting and the skilled trades.
Does Pangea run in the browser?
Yes, in the browser and on the phone. No installation, no server on your premises.
Where is the data stored?
In the EU, in a dedicated instance per business.
How quickly are we up and running?
The industry template is ready on day one. Data migration and training take two to four weeks.

Is there a base fee?
No. One price per user per month: €59 Office, €19 Field.
What do modules cost?
You book modules per user who needs them: from €9 per user per month (e.g. Calendar €9, Email desk €19, Warehouse €29, Finance & controlling €39). Prepay a year and get 10% off licences and modules; prepay 24 months and get 20% off.
How long is the term?
Initial term by agreement, then cancel monthly.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. The assistant and the agents are included in every Office licence.

Can I bring my data with me?
Yes: contacts, articles and open documents via CSV, DATANORM and DATEV import.
Will my tax adviser still get DATEV?
Yes, DATEV export and DATEV Online straight from Pangea.
Can we run both systems in parallel?
Yes, we recommend one week. Then a cut-over date.
Who trains the team?
We do, in two sessions: office and field staff separately.

Is Pangea GoBD-compliant?
Yes. GoBD are the German bookkeeping compliance rules: write-locked documents, consecutive number ranges, an immutable posting log.
Who sees what?
12 predefined roles plus your own. Permissions apply to the AI as well.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes, the standard DPA and the technical and organisational measures are at /vertrag/.
Is data used for AI training?
No.

Is there an API?
For customers on request; public documentation is in progress.
Does the app work offline?
Clocking in, photos and the site diary are stored and synchronised as soon as there's a connection.
Which browsers?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox.
